Amelie Finne and her family have encountered a terrible accident... Their house had burnt down while they were on vacation! They desperately needed a nice place to live in since Amelie is pregnant and expecting twins.
Amelie has spent her lifetime living in the house and got very happy when she noticed that the fire had not destroyed her beloved roses. Her wish is that the roses, trees, and stones on the lot stay as they were.

The father of the family, Derrick Finne, is a business man and owns many corporations, so there was a lot of money to use for the build. He has said that he was willing to spend their whole fortune, which is over a million simoleans, as long as someone built them a new house that they can live and grow old in.

The teenager of the family, Sarah Finne is a pyromaniac who loves to start little fires. Maybe she caused the accident, maybe not.

Victborean Sub-Palace is a uniquely designed home that is warm and inviting. Yet wraps you in seclusion when needed. Holding a wonderful kitchen, office, two kids rooms and a Master floor, The Finnes will never be happier when lounging on any of the four decks or porches. An interesting fact about this home is that it competed in The Sim Supply Official Challenge #3.

Also note the hallways and bathrooms are enhanced by the Ooo La La Set which is a transparent covering to make them glossy and attractive.
