Yucca is a recently built villa with a Tuscan/Spanish look.

^ Backyard, Livingroom and Master bedroom ^

It was fun to make this house since I've never done a Tuscan house before. I got inspired by some houses in GTA: SA
Well, I don't have much to say, I think the pictures said enough

It's fully playtested for 5 Simdays and everything works fine

Built on a 30x30 lot and costs: §115.643 F and §55.403 UF.
CC used but not included:
curtain height adjustment by Granthes
shallow traditional wall cabinet by Rolltocrit
the smaller closure door by Hugelunatic
