Mellow Marvin's is a cozy sports bar built out of a refurbished Victorian-esque townhouse. The bottom floor was completely gutted and turned into a bar, and the "attic" of the house was turned into a more private nook.



When I built Mellow Marvin's, I kind of envisioned the bar from the TV show Cheers as my inspiration. The hangout features a semi-wraparound bar as the main focus, along with a large flat-screen TV to watch the game on (it is a sports bar, right?).

You will need Late Night for this lot to function properly!

No CC...sorta...



The only CC required for this lot is made by me. I didn't like the choices for sports decor so I made some of my own. To play up the sports motif, I created several "victory" newspaper headlines, as well as framed photos of sports legends. While all the writing is in Simlish, the images are real photos found on google that have been edited in photoshop to make them look less....real. All of the CC is included in the mellowmarvins-CC.rar.
