Sims love it, and they can do it as a group for hours without even meeting each other. Yet, when they finally order that pizza, they gain relationship points with the delivery guy.
No more!

Bubble blowing interaction is now flagged as allowing conversation relationship changes.
These may be positive or negative (just like meal conversations), but at least they freaking happen.
Whether they are discussing the colour of numbers or laughing at the word "lamp," bubble blowing is now a true social activity.
