Tiny Half-Timbered House for two Sims

This four-storey house was built for two sims. Even though it's very tiny and built only on a 10x10 lot, it has a garage and a small private café & bar at ground level. Please note that you may need the moveobjects cheat to place a car at the parking spot. The car is not included in this download.

The entrance to the private rooms is on the first floor at the backside of the house. The house is suitable for two sims (a couple) and has 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bathroom, 1 guest WC, 1 living room, 1 kitchen, 1 private café & bar, 1 garage.

Lot Size & Placement:
House was built in Riverview. It's a 10x10 lot.
Please use the World Editor to create a 10x10 lot in a flat area.

Unfurnished: 31,849 §

Cheats used:
Buydebug and Moveobjects.

The house was originally built/saved/playtested in August 2010, due to some recent changes a new copy was saved with the newest patch (released at the 14th of December, 2011).

Required: The Sims 3 Base Game, World Adventures (with patch 2.0.86.002017 = minimum requirement).
Saved with Game Version 10.0.96.014017

Store Items (used but not included in this download):
Those store items were only used for the café & bar and are mostly for decoration. It's not a must have but recommended if you wish the café & bar to look like on the picture.
