Welcome to my newest Creation =)
This time i made a complete Factory estate with 3 different buildings. The first one is an Warehouse, which is the residential area appointed with everything on 2 floors what a big apartment sharing community needs. Behind that Building are serveral container someone left out there.

The second Bulding is burnt down and is not in use at the moment Maybe you could give it a new Use?

The third and last one is an old Factory Building which is now an Military Base, with enough Beds for the occupants and their Visitors.

Lot is fully furnished and contains no custom content. you need All Big Expansion Packs except Island Paradise
