Perched up on the cliff, next to the waterfall, overlooking the lake in Moonlight Falls is where you'll find Falls Peak Cottage. It's original owner and builder didn't have much money, but they wanted as big a taste of the then current fashion for architecture; the Queen Anne style. And so, it was on their small plot of land atop of the waterfall, that they built this small house to incorporate as many features of the Queen Ane style as possible.



Lot Info:
Built on a 10 by 10 lot, this was yet another attempt at me creating a starter home. But as usual, my fussiness wouldn't let me have leave it with minimal furnishing and decor. I had to add some extra pieces in order to make it feel a little more homely. So hopefully its furnished cost of 25,781 Simoleons wont put people off. Unfurnished, the house costs 17,887 Simoleons. I have furnished it so that it is capable of housing four sims with its three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

I hope all you old house lovers will appreciate this creation and I hope you are all enjoying our trip back into the history of Moonlight Falls and the homes and places that were born there.
