This lot was built for Round 3 of QBUILDERZ's „Groundwork: A TS3 Foundation Challenge". Originally it had a Renault Twizy (electric drive) car placed on the parking spot in front of the house, however, it seems no longer available for download and so I removed it.

Lot Size & Placement:
Moonbase Beta was built in a world called Bellatrix. Originally there was a 64x64 lot at this spot of Bellatrix but I deleted that lot and replaced it with a 30x30 lot (see placement picture and use the world editor if you want to do the same).

Rooms & Lot Features:
  • 3 bedrooms with Super Sleeper Bed, bookshelve, treadmill, street art kit, jelly bean bush
  • 2 full bathrooms (3rd and 1st floor), 1 half bathroom (2nd floor)

No Custom Content was used for this build but you do need to have the store items (listed below) installed to your game to make the lot look like on the pictures.


Requires The Sims 3 Base Game, World Adventures, Ambitions, Late Night, Showtime, Pets, Seasons, Generations, University and Island Paradise to show up as seen on pictures.
