Architect's Abode is an affordable, fully furnished house, great for a couple without children, made specifically for work-at-home sims - architects, novelists, painters, craftsmen, so on. The work room could be converted into a nursery, and the balcony in the second floor hallway could be walled off for another tiny room, if necessary. It's quite spacious for a 1x1 building!

It has one bedroom and one bathroom. There's a smoke detector, and a burglar alarm (hidden behind a bookcase). Includes an aspiration reward - the drafting table from the Architect career track.

It has been playtested and checked for the Super Duper Hug bug. It needs no cc.

I have all EPs and SPs.
