Description

These lots are all starters: less than $16,500 furnished. I prefer my starters to be big on space and short on furnishings, so I don't have to move my Sims as soon as their household gets bigger. These starters all have room to grow; even the one-bedroom Sherman could easily be renovated to fit in another bedroom or nursery. As a result these are all very sparsely furnished, with everything you need to keep your Sims motives up and nothing more. No interior or rear elevation pictures because there's really nothing to see!

Required EPs

These lots are pictured with content from Showtime, University, and Ambitions. Showtime is really the only important one because I've used the six-pane window in all four houses. I used the fence and track lighting from University, and only the counter from Ambitions.
