Not a beach lot. Across the road from the beach. Where the soil is still so sandy that the grass is barely hanging on. Where the weather is so temperate that the doors stay open all year long...

What are the odds? I saw Huge Lunatic's fireplace and this house on the same day! So of course I had to try and see just how close I could get to the rest of the house. The answer was, pretty darn close with a ridiculous amount of CC which is why this has been lingering in my to-do folder for ages.



I couldn't resist posting side-by-side comparison shots but most of the clutter, deco, art, etc. has been removed. You do not need Ikea to play this lot. If you see something you would like to have, there will be a link to it under Additional Credits. Check the "Wallsdown" pics to view your playable lot.



That still leaves 58 files so there is also a low CC version reduced to 21 essential files. I replaced the furniture with Maxis versions so your lot will be immediately playable and you can check the "LowCC" pics for that view.



As always the Maxis recolors didn't pull with the lot file so they are included in a folder in the .zip. Place in your downloads folder before installing the lot:
