Here is a house you may see if you take a walk through a Southern California neighborhood. It's built especially for TiffLovato and all fellow simmers. The house has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, open concept kitchen and dining, living room with fireplace, music alcove, study, and sideways garage. The custom bedspreads didn't show up in the list of cc when I checked with Sim2CleanInstaller, so I'm not sure if they are included, but I hope so. Please notice the beautiful new glass topped dining table and chairs by LadyAngel. I was so happy to finally get a new table. Hope you have a Sim family that wants to live in SoCal.
