Off with the old and on with the new for a sim family who has been working and slaving to buy a new modern house with plenty of room instead of being in a cramped, old Victorian or Craftsman (not that there's anything wrong with Victorians or Craftsmen). This house was inspired, but not exactly copied, from a lovely picture that said it was Australian. The flat lot was raised so that the base game "garage" is under the house. Hopefully you can convert the garage to a functional one if you have the garage door. Your sims will have 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, plus large back deck, pool, and jacuzzi. For most sims, this house should be an upgrade, and for those for whom it is a come down, it shouldn't be that bad.
