A re-make of this lot for TS4, furnished for 3‒4 sims.





It has an empty basement that could be converted to add more bedrooms, and a small above-ground pool in the back yard.


Screenshots are taken with this and this mesh override (Mega chair and Mission beds), but they are not necessary for the lot to function.

Installation: Unzip and put the package in /Mods. See here for how to package lots (this works the same way for sims). To uninstall, delete the package ‒ if you “delete” a lot from the Library, it is only being hidden and will remain hidden if you decide to re-download. See also this post (same thread):
