I felt like going all out with a house this time! I made it about as big as possible on the largest lot available... I wish that there were even bigger lots available so I could have done more landscaping, but this is fine too. So that's why the front yard looks a bit small. But I don't think that looks too bad. I had a lot of fun making this lot, adding all sort of 'unnecessary' things to it.

The rooms I have included are:

-grand entrace
-kitchen
-dining room
-gym
-collector's room
-6 bedrooms
-family room/play room
-family room
-entertainment rooms (one on first floor, one larger one in basement)
-lab/hobby room
-basement greenhouse
-study/computer room
-6.5 bathrooms
-makeover/beauty room
-laundry room

Is that enough stuff? I added two of most plants in the basement (obviously not the tree plants). You could add more if you'd like, and easily can enlarge the greenhouse. You should add more of the ITF rugs in the greenhouse if you enlarge it, as this allows you to plant in the basement).

Please let me know if you encounter any issues with the lot! I did my best to test it, but since it's such a large lot, I could have forgotten a few things.

I hope you all like this lot! It is the most expensive one I've made to date (especially since I never include cars in my builds). I am thinking about making another 60X60 or 64X64 lot soon, with a smaller house on it so I can landscape it more. I think I will do 60X60, since the neighborhood I'm playing in has a lot of that sized lot.
