Enchanted Forest Playground

Hi everyone! Today I have a community lot to share with you.

"The Enchanted Forest Playground is fun for kids of all ages! Older children will delight in the treehouse village and playground equipment, while younger children play safely in the sandbox. The playground also has picnic accommodations, and a coffeehouse for weary parents."



The treehouse village is composed of four main platforms connected by suspension bridges. The first platform, built around the playground tower, climbs up into a second level with a small medieval themed play area.



The second platform, located in the back corner of the lot, features a colorful playhouse. Inside, little sims can play with the dollhouse (a dollhouse in a playhouse in a game about pretend people living in pretend houses... its an Inception dollhouse!), a reading nook, a chalkboard, and a play kitchen with an easy bake oven.




The third platform has a "Don't Wake the Llama" game set up for the whole family! There is also a set of dartboards on the ground level below this platform.



The fourth platform begins with just park benches, but leads up into the arts and crafts platform. The arts and crafts platform has a children's activity table and an easel. From here, sims can continue to climb up to the highest point of the treehouse village -- the observation platform.



Back down on the ground is a sandbox and playground equipment. The sandbox is set up for both toddlers and children -- although of course that's mostly decorative unless you have a mod that lets you take toddlers to community lots. Park benches around the sandbox allow parents to keep an eye on their littlest ones while they relax and chat.



On the opposite side of the playground from the treehouse village is the main building with a coffeehouse and bathrooms. This is also where sims will find the grill (as well as a pet food dish so you can bring your dog or cat to the park). Sim teens and parents can restore their energy with an espresso while the kids run off all their excess energy outside. The bathrooms are accessable both from the outside of the building and from the back of the coffeehouse. There is a changing table in the women's room which, again, is purely decorative unless you have a mod.
