Here is the third in my Basic Simplicity series, "Present Day," a house which tries to incorporate all the contemporary wishes: wood floors, open floor plan, space, light, and convenience. Your growing Sim family will have 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths, big fenced backyard, and attached garage in which to carry out their little lives. Please enjoy furnishing and decorating to your taste.
