Simple homes for simple Sims number 23

With its 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one en suite), separate living room and kitchen with dining area and swimming pool at the back, this home will suit the entertaining sim family to a T. The porch on the left side has a roof over it and the garden is pretty too.

As it is one of my simple homes (there are 30 in total), it has
no CC
fixtures only (including lights, alarms, phone, kitchen and bathroom objects)
all plants are accessible
playability

(This is a common type of home in some parts of my country, especially the shape, poured walls outside and wooden floors inside. Enjoy).
