I ran into a space for a narrower lot at the end of the street while building, so here is a home with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and dining area, living room with a fireplace and a small study. The front yard has some shrubs, the back yard is for farming.

This is a perfect lot for a farmer who runs a home business, but any family who likes to grow fruit trees and veggies will feel right at home here.

As a simple home, it has
no cc
fixtures only (lights, alarms, phone, kitchen and bathroom objects)
all plants are accessible
