Last home I uploaded was a finished piece I got to after two and a half years since I had game issues. Today I bring you a lot I just finished and actually made in 2018! I wanted to go with a grand entrance-esque type of lot here. I like the look of the large-ish front porch covered with faux columns and roof high up. I also like the second story porches too. I added some supernatural pots for something different on two of the porches. So, you can plant something in them for a different look, and obviously they're practical too.

I don't usually add too many generations items, but now and then it's fun to add in some more items for kids. There wasn't quite enough room for a pool outside, but I did have room for a few playground items. And I made a nice kids playroom in the foundation basement (I love foundation basements, they're not dark like traditional sims 3 basements). To add items to the basement, use moveobjects on, and you can add walls like normal down there too if you want more space or an additional room.

There is a small empty room on the first floor. I thought it was the ideal location for some kind of hobby room, and I thought this time it would be best for you to add in what objects you'd want for your sims. I hope you enjoy my first 2018 lot (maybe my last for 2018, ha ha, or maybe not).
