I have never made a house this big before. It was less tricky than I thought it would be to make, surprisingly! Although I think the whole double staircase thing helped me considerably. In more than one way. The front entryway give lots of room for sims to move, and of course two staircases should help with routing. There are two half baths on the first floor for your sim guests...needs. There is an indoor pool, and a party room. Two full late night bars are on the first floor, and one is even in the kitchen too! There is a large area for barbeque on the first floor with two tables as well as a firepit. This house certainly is great for lots of sims.



All the basic stuff is on the second floor. The kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom, the works. It also has a gym and a study! On the fourth floor, there are four bedrooms. A master, a girl kids room, a teen guy room (with lots of posters!), and a gender neutral baby room with two cribs. And, bonus- the living room is open to the second floor!



Full of windows, this house, or should I say mini mansion, is great for any sim with a little money.

Oh and another thing! As you can clearly see, this home is not short on outdoor patio space.

My last few houses I made basically CC free (with just a few store items). This time I used no store items, but I did use a few cc items. I found these items to be essential for this house. Personally, I think these few bits of CC items are great for any modern house, I think I will re-use them lots. So hopefully downloading them won't be so...annoying! Especially since if you download this lot, I'm sure you like modern houses.
