I have figured out/decided that I usually can't add in a nice sized pool for houses that are only 30X30 in size... I thought I could do this if I made it U shaped, rather close to the road. The U shape is pretty narrow, but not too narrow, to have enough space for the rooms and sims to move around. I was glad I figured out how to make a home like this!

I don't believe I've added a greenhouse to one of my houses for a while, so I did this time as well. There is an empty room in the basement which can be used for a hobby room. This home includes 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms (the first floor bathroom is oddly shaped, I was proud of myself there, ha ha), family room, study room, gym, kitchen, and dining room. Hope you all like this house!
