This one took too long, the sims 4 really doesn't take well to split-leveling/exposed basements. But Alas, it's finally done. This is a modern urban-house/townhouse that has 5 bedrooms + a bonus room in the basement (and yes it has windows!). The garage took a lot of fiddling with debug but I think it was well worth it. CC free and play-tested. Hope you have fun using it
