Surrounded by huge trees this split level modern wood and glass house offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a pool, spa, sauna, skylights, multiple terraces and a custom fireplace.

Walk up the stairs from a two car parking space onto the pool deck, with lounges and a seating area. There is access to a candle-lit massage room and sauna underneath as well.
Walk up some more steps onto the main level front porch. Enter the house into a glass hallway with the kitchen with big island for family dining on one side and the open plan living and study/library on the other side.
The living room has a big wall hung TV above a custom made fire place (there are down sized fire places under the coals - light them up)
There are big skylights above the sitting area in the living room and above the desk in the study as well as above the kitchen island.
Back from the Entry hallway walk up some more steps onto the upper level, which contains the master suite with bathroom, separate WC and access to a big terrace with lounge area and jacuzzi.
On the floor above there is another bedroom with skylight above the bed, a bathroom and terrace with meditation, yoga and boxing area.
