Welcome to your little cabin in the woods!

I have noticed that I tend to make larger builds and using many packs and kits when building so I made this lot as a challange to myself as to what minimum of packs I could use to make a house I was happy with, tends three was enough :D

This is a smaller cabin with a combined kitchen/living/family and it has two small double bedrooms and one bath. I have tried to make a cabin I myself would be happy to live in and I actually liked it

I tried to include as little "tech" as possible but you will find a TV and a stereo here so you can keep up with what happens in the rest of the world.
There is no computer though so you will have to rely on your cellphone

If you can get reception!

The outside has a well grown garden with pathways leading you around back. There is a veranda in front and a large patio in the back where you can have a BBQ. On the right you will find an area where you can do some gardening

I made a small pond using the pool tool and covered it with plants on the side to make it look like a pond. your sims can use the ladder to enter the water should they want to

I used the small lot at the top of the map in Henford on Bagley so you know where to put it if you would like

Lot size: 30x20
Lot price: 55,478 furnished and 19.268 unfurnished.

The only thing you need for this lot is the basegame, Country living and Horseranch.
No kits where used
