A simple home for simple Sims.

The house has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The open plan includes a large kitchen with space for a dining table as well as a large living area.
The plants in the garden are all accessible.

No CC was used.

Fixtures only (kitchen, bathroom objects and lights, with alarms and phone as well).
