This mod fixes various electrocution issues.
It consists of two independent parts: electronics and lightning. They may be used together.

Update (14 Sep 2024): The lightning part now also fixes electrocution in hot tubs.
Electronics part
This part affects electrocution caused by electronics (especially during repairing them; servos count as electronics).
With this mod:
  • electrocution decreases levels of power (in case of servos), sunshine, and water (in case of plantSims) needs.
    In an unmodded game, servos only lose fun and plantSim needs aren't affected at all.
  • an electrocuted Sim dies from electrocution instead dying by hunger when they have a low enough level of their hunger need.
    Servos and plantSims still can't die from electrocution – but they can shut down, run amok, or pass out.

Lightning part
This part affects electrocution caused by lightning, introduced in Seasons.
With this mod:
  • a struck Sim dies by lightning instead of dying by hunger when they have a low enough level of their hunger need.
  • a struck Sim gets a Got Shocked! memory. This doesn't happen in an unmodded game.
  • teens and elders can be struck by a lightning bolt in a hot tub.
    In an unmodded game, only adults can be struck in a hot tub even though teens and elders can be struck standing outside.
This mod requires Seasons.

Namely, my mod doesn't make dying Sims leave pee puddles, doesn't prevent lightning shock from erasing the interaction queue, creates memories with non-empty images, and affects hot tubs.
