Nellie´s Restaurant & Hotel - Little House on the Prairie

Hello again!

So here is my rendition of Nellie´s Restaurant & Hotel from the TV show Little House on the Prairie.
I recently uploaded Oleson´s Mercantile and I realised how much I love the houses from that Show. I have started a project to make all the lot´s I can remember and that I can find some photos and floorplans of so you may expect some more little house lots in the near future. At the moment I am making the school/church, the postoffice/doctors office and ofcourse the Ingalls family home.

This lot is placed in oasis springs and so will all the other lots be since that is the hood that reminds me most of walnut grove for some reason.

At Nellie´s you will find a restaurant with a kitchen and an office on the ground floor. In the show the office was used as a telephone switch room for the entire town of Walnut Grove. (Harriet Oleson loved to listen in on the phonecalls)

On the second floor you will find four guestrooms, a storage room and a shared bathroom.

Out the back is room for laundry and as I didn´t place a regular sink in the kitchen (looked weird) there is a sink out the back so your poor sims can do their dishes and drink water.

I usually don´t use much CC in my lots but to make it look better for this one I did use the tablecloths made by DaraSims. They are not required but I think the restaurant looks much better with them.

The lot is zoned as residential but you can ofcourse use it as you please.
