I saw the house plan and tried to make it. Not completely satisfied but it looks pretty good I think. It has 4 bedrooms (one of which is currently being used as a study). Each bedroom has it's own bath. There is a powder room for guests. The dock is probably a decoration only I found it in debug and added it because I thought it would finish the lot. There is a automobile also from debug to show where the carport should be. There is also an outside shower to wash the salt water away after a swim. Enjoy.
