I loosely based this on the John F Germany Library in Tampa, Florida (mostly the inside stairwell and columns.). This Library also has more of a small town vibe as I am building it for my Newcrest community. I tried to include everything I thought a sim would need at a library as well as comfortable spaces and a children's corner. I hope your sims will like it.

I have added photo's of John F Germany Library that I could find online at the request of the moderators. The building is very modern. Because I wanted a small town feel, I used only the general shape and the walk around porches as well as the stairwell. The photo's available were not very good but I have been to the library myself several times and was always struck by what I considered the beauty of the stairwell and landing.
