There is a neighborhood in our city called Seminole Heights that was mostly built in the 1920's and 1930's. It has many wonderful bungalows ranging from small to large in size. This is not a copy of one of the homes but I thought it would look right at home in the area as it has become gentrified. It was built with the structure built to period but modernized on the inside. The home will comfortably suit a family of four. The editor asked for 2 floor plans (I uploaded the floor plan 2 times as this is a single story), I believe due to the chimney I built onto the home.I used the Grange Mudroom Kit in the build. Enjoy.
