Be less confident! High childhood confidence causes happiness in adulthood

UPDATE 07.14 Added a version which changes it to a 'fine' moodlet instead.

Pretty simple. Changes the adult buffs from high childhood confidence to grant happiness (or fine-ness) instead of confidence.
The child moodlets remain unchanged.

Modifies "buff_Confidence_High_IBelieveInMe" and "buff_Confidence_High_IveGotThis" moodtype to 14640 (happy), or 14637 (fine) depending on version
