This is a modern small house built specifically for older sims that have no children or an older child with them. It is small with a lot of garden space. There are small porches or patio areas off each bedroom and the living area. The lot is built for indoor outdoor living. My grandson advised me this looks like one of those retirement houses (which is what it is supposed to be). I did use many packs for this one as I couldn't get the look that I wanted with the base game.
