I love the shoe rules, but it bothers me how some aspects of them are not thought through.

This mod makes it so sims are more willing to not break shoe rules as it's a pretty annoying feature. Makes sims wear shoes if they step outside their apartment/rental unit into the shared/common area spaces (it's not a perfect solution especially in smaller shared areas, due to the nature of the feature in general). And this mod, if you own Dream Home Decorator, injects the feature into the shoe clutter objects! Without marking them as CC!

If anyone has issues, let me know.

FUTURE PATCH COMPATIBILITY 
It shouldn't require updating in the future much.
