2025-10-12 - Fixed a duplicated Tend Stall interaction on Cafeteria Stations in DU and HSY


ABOUT
Injects tending interactions into stalls to tend for sims on the active lot. Also added tests to prevent flip-flopping of autonomy pushing to tend stalls. I recommend having one stall on a lot or more only if you have more sims that'll end up tending the stalls, otherwise sims might keep repeatedly switching stalls (haven't tested that bit out much)

Also works for Custom Venues/Getaways!

FUTURE PATCH COMPATIBILITY 
It shouldn't require updating in the future unless the game changes a lot, which is unlikely.
