🔹 How to Use This Lot:
This lot is left open for you to choose how you want to set it up! There are two ways to play:

✅ 1. Traditional Apartment Lot with NPCs – To make it function like an official apartment, place Hidden Room Markers inside the units that you don’t want to be playable. This will make them appear as NPC apartments.

✅ 2. Fully Playable Apartment Building – If you want all apartments to be accessible and editable, simply leave the lot as it is! You can manually add roommates through cheats if needed.

🔸 Public Room Markers are already placed in shared spaces (hallways, lobby, elevators).
