This is a cheap apartment lot made for the university apartment zoning with 8 roommates living together. You can also just make it a residential lot and have the 8 bedrooms and kitchen/diner for a big family. You will still have 14 NPC apartments filled with people you don't control living their own life.



It's a very simple building with toilets, showers and laundry in the basement. It also has a garage with room for 2 cars and some bicycles.



This house is has two elevators and a little room to meet some other people with a pingpong table.



The apartment itself has some nice colors to it, otherwise it's really simple, with the cheapest beds in the regular catalogue.

Expansions used: University provides much of the windows on this house, as well as the pingpong table, table with chair in the apartment . LateNight provides the elevators, sectional chairs in the meetup room, Ambitions provides the laundry in this house.

This lot is really the squat shell I made earlier, and I tested that with a mod, without that mod I don't really believe that much in this concept, but as I said if you don't like that mod, you can just make it residential, or even a dorm if you like. I have not tested the hidden and public makers for the NPC apartments with the dorm zoning though.
