2 x bathroom (1 furnished)
1 x kitchen
1 x dining room

Basic appliances included: lights, toilet, shower/tub combo, fridge, kitchen sink, trashcan, phone, burglar alarm, smoke detector, bookshelf. This house also has a stove. There's enough room to add a carport.

Expandability: Difficult (although I haven't tried) - the layout would have to change quite a lot.

Note:
If you get an "expansion pack data required" error upon installation, using Clean Installer should help. Apparently this is a known issue (not specific to this download), see this thread describing the problem and this post (daysies) explaining the workaround.
