Description:
Miniature trailer-type house for a single sim. All necessities included, minimal landscaping/decoration, with driveway (there's no double bed, but a car may help with the reproductive needs).

1 x single bedroom
1 x bathroom
1 x kitchen/dining/living room

Basic appliances included: lights, toilet, shower, fridge, kitchen sink, phone, burglar alarm, smoke detector, bookshelf. No trashcan, but I moved the big one in front of the doorstep so they won't have to walk very far.

Expandability: Lots of empty space on the lot, so you could turn this into a little trailer park ... or save up some money and build a real house on the same lot.


Note:
If you get an "expansion pack data required" error upon installation, use Clean Installer instead of the Maxis one. Apparently this is a known issue (not specific to this download), see this thread describing the problem and this post (daysies) explaining the workaround.
