Expandability: Attic or basement can be added, also there would be room to expand to the right-hand side (off the kitchen and living room) without losing functionality.


Note:
If you get an "expansion pack data required" error upon installation, using Clean Installer should help. Apparently this is a known issue (not specific to this download), see this thread describing the problem and this post (daysies) explaining the workaround.
