Description:

1 x kitchen/dining
1 x living room
1 x spare room (unfurnished)

Basic appliances included: lights, toilet (expensive), bathtub, fridge, kitchen sink, trashcan, phone, burglar alarm, smoke detector, bookshelf. This house also has a pool and enough room for a carport.

Expandability: The outside wall of the kitchen has no windows, so there would be an option.


Note:
If you get an "expansion pack data required" error upon installation, use Clean Installer instead of the Maxis one. Apparently this is a known issue (not specific to this download), see this thread describing the problem and this post (daysies) explaining the workaround.
