Description:
Two-story starter house, furnished for 1-2 Sims; with balcony and roof terrace. Some landscaping/decoration.

1 x kitchen/dining
1 x livingroom

Basic appliances included: lights, toilet, bathtub, fridge, kitchen sink, trashcan, phone, burglar alarm, smoke detector (in- and outside), bookshelf. This house also has an outdoor grill. There's enough room for a driveway.

Expandability: Off the right side there's space for one or two rooms on each floor (off the kitchen/current bedroom). Also, the balcony can easily be turned into a small study or nursery (same goes for the roof terrace I guess, but why would you want to lose such a nice roof terrace?).

Note:
If you get an "expansion pack data required" error upon installation, please try Clean Installer instead of the Maxis one. Apparently this is a known issue (not specific to this download), see this thread describing the problem and this post (daysies) explaining the workaround.
