Description:
Country-style starter house with garden, furnished for 1-2 sims with a spare room. Covered porch in the garden; open kitchen/dining, spare room and a small hallway/living area on the ground floor, additional living area/study on the top floor (part of which could be made into an additional bedroom).

All basics included. Made with Numenor's BaseGameStarter so it requires Seasons only, with room for two driveways next to the house if you have NL. Playtested.

Recommended hack: MaryLou's Country Windows fix -- so that the kitchen window doesn't interfere with the counters (Maxis buggered that up, thanks MaryLou for fixing it!).
