NeoTudor w/swimmable river and custom wallpapers

***3/7/06 - I have uploaded a new file which fixes the pool ladder, missing bedroom door, and includes the default wall/window, which is needed to make the curved ones appear. I've been greatly enjoying Nengi's new Tudor buildings, and I drove by a new custom home that had some Tudor features the other day. I generally don't approve of mixing up architectural elements, but, even though this house combined Tudor wood and plasterwork with stone and had a generally non-Tudor layout, some thought had gone into it, and I was struck by the design. So I came home and made my own version.

I present to you a NeoTudor home on a 3x3 lot, UNFURNISHED, for just under 100K. Large enough to accomodate a multi-generational family, and luxurious enough to please the wealthiest Sim, this home features 5 Bedrooms and 4 Full Bathrooms on the upper level; a Library, Parlor, Billiard Room, Music Room, Full Bathroom, Kitchen and separate Dining Room on the main level; and an Underground Garage, Full Bathroom and recreation room on the lower level. The entire house is decorated with custom-designed wallpapers, stone, tile and hardwood floors and custom paintwork.

The yard features a stone terrace overlooking a picturesque river complete with diving platform.

I have both Uni and NL, so you probably need both EP's. I keep checking the boxes, but it doesn't seem to work.

The following custom content is INCLUDED. Please use Clean Installer to remove any content already in your Downloads folder. I have noted if the item requires a mesh. This lot has been scanned with Clean Installer and contains no hacks. Note: I did not include Numenor's straight wall/window.
