A house with a driveway in 3x1 lot. 2 stories. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen with dining room, a multipurpose room, and a balcony on the second floor. Some furniture are provided in bathrooms and kitchen, as well as a hanging telephone behind the stairs on the first floor, a security system on the wall outside, and lighting system in all rooms.

Actually I'd like this to be a starter house, but since the price is 31,276, you might have to use familyfunds cheat in order to move into this house. Or you might remove all provided furniture and place anything you like.
