I made this for a family of two, and i recommend you keep it to that many. Any more and it could get cramped. But what i found is that the downstairs floor can be used affectively as a shop (i used it for a flower selling business) and the upstairs can be used as a small but cosy living space/staff room/whatever you want. It costs 31,256 simoleons, it's a good looking house in my opinion and is unfurnished.
