Compact Country - 2x2 Spacious Lot w/ Tree House for Kids

Hi Folks!

When I made Compact XII (the lot with a “green corner”), I was trying a less “urban look” for the areas outside downtown. I think it worked, but not enough to be considered a “country lot”, because the “urban look” is still there. Hence, I decided to start the alternative “Compact Country” series, for those users who want small lots at reasonable prices, with that country feeling and a touch of modern. The original Compact series will continue, of course, but this new series will help you populate that non-dowtown areas of your favourite terrains (that includes beaches and mountains)..

This first country lot is suitable for a family with kids and low budget. Despite of the small size, there’s a lot of space thanks to the basement area. Here are the main characteristics:

1) It comes unfurnished and costs 15.530 simoleons. Not too much for a 3 bedrooms lot (one master) with large extra room (for another bedroom if you like), living and dining rooms. Well, country lots are usually cheaper, huh?
2) The basement rooms aren’t dark, as the windows are high enough for the sunlight breaks in. I find them warm and cozy.
3) There’s a small nice tree house over the driveway, where the kids can play with their toys or do whatever they want.
