Hi Folks!

This is my second lot from Compact Country series - a typical country lot with few touches of modern. As usual, it's a 2x2 Compact size.

Basic facts:
It's a cozy 2 stories lot, big enough for a small family, with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, living, kitchen, garage, terrace and BBQ area.
As I've used only Maxis' furniture, I'm uploading the full version only, wich costs 72.809 smls.
