I had this lot as a test lot in "monsympa" (pleasantview) when I found, not oil or gold, just that this lot turn the garage door in the right way ! I have continued my tests in this lot among them the Andi8104 lot-expander (post #1) so it is not a template size and, finally, I build something like a small renovated castle.

I use a lot of rmschoon floors and walls for two excelent reasons. The first is that I like his creations and the second is that I am too lazy to add too many lines of credits

* The house, by the top
§- Living terrase with jakuzi, music and kitchen.

§- 2nd floor : bedrooms with private balcony and main bathroom.

§- 1st floor : Living room, kitchen, terrasse.

§- Cellar : Garage, bathroom, play and sport room, storerom as a real cellar (old books and clothes, useless objects and souvenirs are stored here).
Important : If you want to change the car 1- "move_objects on" cheat 2- Remove the extreme left (when you are in the lot) sidewalk tile on the opposite side of the lot (or the whole strip) 3- "move objects off" (I follow eedgan's tutorial), otherwise the car will not rotate to fit on the garage.

CAUTION : The half walls by olemantiker are not packaged (I dont know why, if someone can tell me this Maxis secret...) but they are included in the download -2 files for the straight and the diagonal walls- If you forget to save them in your download folder you will loose the battllefences on the roof terrasse.
