At the start I wanted to make something like a townhouse, but after the building phase I was annoyed too put something a little playable in this large classic building. Finally it become an art and letters local academy.

This building have a nice look from a classic town or university neighbourhood. The outside is landscaped as a downtown community building, a parking, some grass a fountain... and phones !
In the first floor you have the main entrance, the conference room, the employees rest room and a small art shop.

Second floor, you have the bibliotheque (the number of expensive bookcases explain the price of the lot),
...the paint classroom and the director's office.
